Are your products safe for pets and kids?
Yes. Every product we use is low toxicity, registered for residential use, and applied at target pest concentrations. We recommend keeping pets and children out of the treated area for 2 hours after application, then it’s completely safe.
Do I need to leave the house during treatment?
Usually no. Most treatments are safe to be around during application. For heavy internal fumigation or specific chemical treatments, we let you know upfront and it’s typically 2 to 4 hours out.
What's your warranty?
3 month warranty on general pest treatments. 6 to 12 months on termite work. If the covered pest returns in the warranty period, we come back and re treat at no cost.
Do you handle termite inspections?
Yes. Free termite inspection with thermal imaging. If we find active termites, we quote treatment separately. If we find nothing, we still send a written inspection report for your records.
Can you treat regularly for prevention?
Yes. Annual preventive treatments are our most popular option for homeowners who don’t want to wait for a problem. Discounted rates for annual contracts.
