Autumn: rodents

I can hear something in the roof. What is it likely to be?
In Hornsby, usually rats or a possum, and the difference matters. Rats we treat. Possums are protected, so we do not poison them and nobody licensed will. Do you speak any languages other than English?
Some. Between our field team we have Korean, Hindi, Urdu, Persian, Arabic, Sinhalese, Tagalog, Indonesian, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Maori. We do not currently have a Mandarin or Cantonese speaker, so we would rather tell you that up front than promise it and let you down.

Yes. We do a free stain and colour test in a hidden spot before we quote, because wool reacts differently to synthetic. You will be told what will lift and what will not before you spend anything. We do not make promises about a 20 year old stain that we cannot keep.
