The plumbing riser

Do my curtains have to leave the apartment?
Usually not. Most lined and blockout curtains can be cleaned in place on the rail with low moisture extraction, dry by the afternoon, nothing taken down. Sheers and anything smoke affected generally need immersion, so those come down and we rehang them ourselves the same day. We check the fabric and lining first and tell you which yours needs, because some linings shrink and a cheap quote that ignores that is how curtains end up too short.
How long does the carpet take to dry? My apartment is small.
2 to 4 hours and safe to walk on. We use hot water extraction with proper suction rather than leaving it soaked, which matters more in an apartment than anywhere else because there is nowhere to go while it dries. Book a morning and you have your living room back by the afternoon.
How fast can you do a bond clean?
Book before 4pm and next business day is usually available, sometimes same day. Carpet dries in 2 to 4 hours so a morning booking means the place is inspection-ready that afternoon. Give us the handover date and we work backwards from it.
I'm on the strata committee. Can you quote the whole building?
Yes, and we would rather walk it with you than email a number. Most of what drives the cost of a building sits in the bin room, the basement and the riser cupboards, and a quote written without seeing those gets revised later. It takes about 20 minutes, there is no obligation, and you get a written quote with the treatment records and insurance certificates your strata manager needs.
Do you have anyone who speaks Mandarin or Cantonese?
Not at the moment, and we would rather be straight with you about it than have you find out on the day. Between our field team we have Hindi, Urdu, Nepali-adjacent Hindi, Arabic, Persian, Sinhalese, Tagalog, Indonesian, Korean, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Maori.
