How much does it cost?

My neighbour has cockroaches too. Does treating just my unit work?
Partly, and it usually comes back. Cockroaches move through wall cavities, shared pipes and garbage chutes, so if the block has a problem the block needs treating. Let us know and we can talk to building management about a coordinated treatment across common areas. It costs each owner far less than everyone treating separately every few months.
Can you clean curtains as part of a bond clean?
Yes, and you should. Curtains hold dust and cooking odour longer than anything else in a unit and they are the thing most people forget before the final inspection. We clean them on the rail or take them down and return them. Booked with the bond clean it costs less than calling us back for them separately.
How fast can you do a bond clean?
Book by 4pm and we can usually be there the next business day, sometimes the same day. Carpet dries in 2 to 4 hours, so the property is ready for inspection the same afternoon.
