How much does it cost?
Every job is quoted. Cleaning depends on bedrooms, bathrooms, storeys and how often you want us. Pest depends on the pest and the property, and some pests need more than one treatment. NDIS work is charged at the current NDIS ruling rate per hour, never above it. Tell us what you need and we quote it properly, in writing, before we start.
Will I get the same cleaner every time?
That is the plan and we hold to it wherever we can. If your regular cleaner is sick or on leave we send a backup who has already been briefed on your home. That is the main reason to use a business rather than a sole operator.
Do I need a termite inspection if I cannot see any damage?
Usually yes, and that is exactly why. Termites work inside timber and behind plaster, so by the time it is visible from the outside the repair bill is already large. Castle Hill has older homes on large blocks near bushland, which is the combination they look for. A full timber pest inspection gives you a written report with photos either way.
Can you clean older wool carpet without damaging it?
Yes. We do a free stain and colour test in a hidden spot before we quote, because wool reacts differently to synthetic. You will be told what will lift and what will not before you spend anything. We do not make promises about a 20 year old stain that we cannot keep.
Do you speak any languages other than English?
Some. Between our field team we have Korean, Hindi, Urdu, Persian, Arabic, Sinhalese, Tagalog, Indonesian, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Maori. We do not currently have a Mandarin or Cantonese speaker, so we would rather tell you that up front than promise it and let you down.
Do I need to be home?
No. We arrange access at the first visit, whether that is a key safe, a building concierge or a neighbour. Once it is set up you do not need to be there again.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Weekly, fortnightly, monthly or one off. Pause it, move it or stop it whenever you need. No exit fee.
Can you do the carpets and the pest treatment in the same visit?
Yes, and it is cheaper that way. One team, one visit, one invoice. Tell us both when you get the quote.
Do you clean before a house sale?
Regularly. Spring clean, carpet steam, window tracks and a pest treatment if the building report flags anything. We can work around open home dates and we will tell you what actually shows in photos and what does not.
